We headed out on Friday and got there just in time to get unpacked and settled in for our Friday night "Family Movie Night."
It was cold up there...perfect weather to bundle up in front of a movie with a cup of hot chocolate. Very different from the fake winter we experience down in the valley.
Saturday morning we headed from "The Lakes House," over to "The Muller Cabin" to play for a bit. The boys LOVE to go there and explore. They were amazed this time, that the small pond on the property was frozen in places. They enjoyed trying to pick up the ice to see who could get the biggest piece.
After the "Ice-capades," the boys headed over to the bridge to see if there were any crawdads they could fish for. NO CRAW-DAD'S this time so instead they tried skipping rocks on the water. Hayes was LOVING it. He kept right up with his big brothers throwing those rocks in the water...Shortly after, Hayes spied the tractor that they have on the property. He is in LOVE with any type of car, truck or motorized vehicle right now. So we took the boys over to have a look.

Of course we finished off our time at the cabin with a few rounds of Frisbee Golf. Which is a tradition with RJ & the boys each time we go to the cabin. They had a wonderful time and it was a great weekend together as a family...(Which you can see from the picture below)
