OK, I know that every mother thinks there child is the cutest...I know that. However, I am not one of those moms. With a couple of kids, I can admit that they have some "not so attractive" features. I don't think this makes me a bad Mom. It just makes me realistic. For instance, (names not be mentioned) I know that one of my kids has a VERY LARGE, VERY ROUND head & I've known that since he was 6 months old. I also know that another one of my kids looks a little like a monkey, & I've known that since he was born. I would never tell my boys these things & love them just them just the way they are. But RJ & I do hope that they will eventually grow out of some of these "features." However, ever since Hayes started smiling, I have thought he looked like a cabbage patch kid and cabbage patch kids are pretty cute. So, a couple of weeks ago, while walking through Sam's Club, we found cabbage patch kids for sale so I snapped a picture with my HORRIBLE camera phone so I could compare the doll with Hayes pictures, side by side.
The results are in...I DO think Hayes'ers is about as close to a cabbage patch doll as you can get.
