Last Friday, RJ had a Cox Digital Store Grand Opening out in Gilbert that he was in charge of. At the Grand Opening, they got Luis Gonzalez to come and sign autographs for the 1st 150 cox customers to come into the store.
Cox also presented a check to Gonzo for his charity. RJ was hoping to find some kids to present the check to Gonzo. He tried and tried to find some kids to come help, but had no luck. Sooooo...he recruited our boys!!
Although my kids have NO IDEA who Gonzo is...it was pretty exciting for RJ & I, to meet him. We are huge fans of this former Dback Starter who hit the winning home run in Game 7 of the 2001 World Series against the Yankees. Another AMAZING opportunity for my boys :)
