Yes, IT'S SUMMER!! Which means @ The Muller House, we celebrate a birthday every other week from the end of June-the end of August.
This week it's Davis' turn to celebrate. He is turning the BIG '6' years old.
Poor Davis had his birthday on the day we were trying to get out of town for Pioneer Days. So he spent most of the day watching TV, waiting to leave & then driving to Pinetop. So before we left town, we let him
open up his presents.
Instead of celebrating on his actual birthday, we promised him we would celebrate the next day, once we arrived in Pinetop. Although he was a little bummed, he was a good sport and LOVED the fact that we let him choose everything we did on our first day in Pinetop.
Per Davis request, we went to Pioneer Days in Snowflake. We started at the carnival/fair. The boys got to play on all the bounce houses. Then Davis & Hayes took a ride on the train.
We ate a BBQ lunch at the Snowflake Stake Center.
Then RJ took the boys to play Frisbee golf at the Muller Cabin (again, because that was Davis' birthday wish). Later that night we went back to Snowflake for the rodeo & fireworks.
When we back to the Lakes House that night, we sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY and had birthday cupcakes.
