Spring Break Rocks!!!

Last week was our Spring Break and we were fortunate enough for RJ to be able to get it off of work too. We had such a fun week! We started off the week taking the boys to the zoo (thanks to the coupons from our friends, The Greers). We all had such a great time. The boys loved looking at the animals & playing on the playgrounds. I was amazed that we actually saw almost all the animals out and awake.
For Spring Break we did lots of other fun activities together (even though, I forgot the camera for every single one of them).
MONDAY - I headed out to IKEA & RJ stayed home with the boys and had The four Eliason boys over to play. I know, sad for RJ to watch 7 boys BUT, you know, he'll take watching 7 boys any day of the week before having to endure a shopping trip to IKEA. The boys played dart gun wars and went to the park.
WEDNESDAY - RJ had to go into work...don't feel too bad for him. He spent the day at a Spring Training game with his team for a team builder activity. So I took the boys to the YMCA "Play Everyday" playplace. It's REALLY COOL!! It a huge room filled with all activities that the kids have to excercise to do. Dance, Dance Revolution video games, bounce houses and a rock wall. We met our very best friends, The Hunts & our cousins, The Jensen's. THE BOYS LOVED IT!!!
THURSDAY - RJ took the boys to the Dodger's Spring Training game. Due to the weather (95 degrees) that day, they only stayed for a couple of innings and then came home to swim in our pool. CRAZY, I KNOW. I think the pool temp was only 65 degrees but the boys endured the water for a whole 30 minutes and swam there little hearts out.
FRIDAY - While I went to the spa for a mother-to-be massage, RJ took the boys to one of Coach Grandad's games at Paradise Valley High School. Then when I got home all rested an relaxed...RJ went golfing & I took the boys to the movies.
All and all...It was a wonderful week that we spent together as a family.
